Description
We are looking for a strong Communications Manager who will take ownership of our YouTube channel and Telegram community, managing content, production processes, and audience communication.
What you'll do
- YouTube Channel
- Manage the full production cycle of video content — from idea to publication
- Invite and communicate with top celebrities and guests
- Lead negotiations and reach agreements with partners and guests
- Source and coordinate videographers and external contractors
- Create and manage the content plan
- Control production processes, deadlines, and quality
- Work with channel analytics and drive performance and growth
- Telegram Channel
- Manage the channel and grow an engaged community
- Communicate with the audience and respond to comments
- Create warm-up, engaging, and native content
- Organize and host online and offline events
- Collect feedback and build long-term audience loyalty
What we're looking for
- 1–2+ years of experience managing YouTube and/or Telegram channels
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Telegram growth mechanics
- Experience organizing shoots and working with production teams
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with celebrities and influencers
- Ability to build and execute a content strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and a structured approach to work
- Experience working with contractors
- Strong, well-developed soft skills
- Experience organizing events is a plus

- Proven cases with measurable results
- Established connections with bloggers, influencers, or production teams
- Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
