We're looking for a highly organized and proactive person to help us curate unforgettable travel experiences for our community.
This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys coordinating events, building relationships with partners, and making sure every detail is taken care of.
What you'll do
- Research unique and high-quality group trips, retreats, and travel experiences around the world.
- Identify and communicate with tour operators, travel partners, and local organizers.
- Negotiate terms and coordinate logistics.
- Manage participant registrations and collect deposits.
- Oversee all organizational details before and during each trip.
- Coordinate communication with travelers and ensure a seamless experience.
- Support and engage our community around 3-4 trips per year.
What we're looking for
- Experience working in an event agency, business community, members' club, or a similar organization.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with international partners and vendors.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep everything running smoothly.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A genuine interest in travel, community building, and creating outstanding experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating international events or travel.
- Background in hospitality, community management, or event production.
